Project Management And Consultancy

For projects that are not of a minor nature carried out as routine property maintenance and part of the Property Management Service, we provide a Project Management Service to landlords when refurbishments, repairs or modernisation programmes are usually above £2,000 and involve more than one trade.

We tailor make our service to suit your instructions and on managing your project we will:

Oversee the whole project from concept to finish and all points in-between, providing landlords with regular updates.
Use well-established local connections to contact and organise local tradesmen to provide quotes to develop a project budget for approval by landlord.
Organise works and regularly check progress, including frequent site visits and meetings.
Advise landlords on suitability for letting market.
Source materials, products and finishes in line with landlord’s instructions.
Provide landlord with regular updates and account of spend against budget.
Aim to bring the project in on time and to budget.
