Management Services

If you are a landlord who wishes to stand back and let us look after your property, to enjoy complete peace of mind that your property is being well cared for, then this is the service for you.

We include all the services for Let only but also:

Rent Collection: on a monthly basis and transferred to your account less our fees and any disbursements to contractors.
Monthly Statements: emailed to you.
Deposit: we deal with the lodging with my | deposits Jersey directly and organise the release of the deposit from my|deposits Jersey at checkout.
Property Inspections and Reports: regular inspections, at least annually but commonly every 6 months, according to type and age of property and additionally upon request.
Updating: the Inventory and Condition Report thereby providing landlord and tenant with regular and accurate record of the property’s condition which helps to reduce the risk of dispute at a later date.
Property Maintenance and repairs: using our local and vetted contractors we aim to tackle minor issues quickly and efficiently before they become more serious issues using our local and vetted contractors.
Dealing with Insurance: lodge and process an insurance claim on your behalf (subject to additional fee).
Managing delivery of new appliances
Managing contractors’ access to property with the tenants.
Dealing with minor works and also matters of redecoration, renewal, replacement or repair.
Payment of other Property Notices: such as Rates and Insurance subject to receipt of specific instructions.
Maintaining good communication with landlord and tenants at all times.
Checkout: liaise with tenants to ensure a smooth handover and checkout, including updating the inventory and condition report and dealing with any dilapidations or omissions accordingly.
